Horizon Institute Annual Report

Horizon Institute Annual Report highlights how institutions play a pivotal role in ensuring justice by these institutions being accountable for the people they serve. The report highlights gender-based violence and also encourages that extreme cases of gender based violence, in particular, rape cases should be prosecuted rather than using customary agreements. The report affirms that the stakeholders are working towards ensuring the accessibility of an equitable justice system in Somaliland. It stresses that it is a collective responsibility to provide justice in Somaliland and not the responsibility of institutions only.
