Infographic presentation of A just transition or just a transition

Following the release of the “A Just Transition or Just a Transition – Making the Case for Women in Energy” report, which explores women’s inclusion and representation across key dimensions of the energy sector, RES4Africa aims to highlight the report’s findings through compelling infographics. These visuals underscore how RES4Africa is actively promoting the inclusion and participation of women in the sector and emphasise the critical need for more women and girls in STEM education to propel Africa’s energy transition.

As the world approaches 2050, it is estimated women will constitute a significant portion of the energy workforce, and harnessing their skills and expertise is vital for successfully driving the energy transition. Through these infographic presentations, RES4Africa seeks to urge women and stakeholders in the energy sector to advocate for equal access to and control over sustainable energy products and services.
