Select pages from this publication

Summary

E-Plus has significantly expanded in the last six years, increasing its fleet base from 5 to 128 state-of-the-art ambulances spread across the country and expanding its scope of services from a membership subscription to include county ambulance services, government ambulance service provision, air evacuation services, and standby event coverage.

The company has contributed to forming the Emergency Medical Services Policy and developed a strategic plan covering 2016-2020 to set clear, achievable, and realistic goals. The programme focuses on four key strategic priorities: operational excellence, pre-hospital care excellence, strategic partnerships, and financial sustainability. It takes advantage of opportunities for further integrating products and services, membership expansion, and adopting social media for communication and advertising while countering potential threats by advocating for the development of the National EMS Policy and continuously improving EMS systems.
